Ways to Submit Inquiries
Embed Widget
Copy a single <script> tag and <div>
onto your website. The widget renders a branded intake form that submits
directly to our system.
The widget automatically loads available case types and handles form validation, submission, and success or error messaging.
REST API
Use our documented API endpoints to programmatically submit inquiries from your CRM, custom application, or automation platform.
Authenticate with your API key via the X-Api-Key header.
Retrieve case types from the public endpoint, then POST inquiry data in JSON,
XML, or form format.
Partner Portal
Log into the portal to manage your account, view your submitted inquiries, reveal or regenerate your API key, and manage whitelisted domains.
The dashboard gives you a real-time breakdown of your submissions by status: Pending, Accepted, and Rejected.
Approved Domains
Register the domains where you plan to place the hosted widget or browser form. Only requests originating from approved domains are accepted.
You can add or remove domains any time from the Settings page in the portal.

Submit your application for review. Once approved, you can begin using the portal, widget, and API tools.
